De la misma forma, Diaz (2015) afirma que a medida que se va creciendo en edad, se tiene menor nivel de competencias y menor experiencia en el uso de este tipo de tecnologias. EnglishThe need for teachers to be digitally competent in the domain of technological resources and specifically in the area of Physical Education in the stage of Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO), arouses the curiosity to investigate in this field, without prejudice to reduce the time of motor commitment, or increase sedentary lifestyle. In the same way, Diaz (2015) states that as the age increases, there is a lower level of skills and less experience in the use of this type of technology.
