Experimental Study of Cavitation Damage Behaviors of NiAl alloyed Aerofoil

NiAl alloyed aerofoil had been tested about cavitation damage in contraction-diffuser cavitation abrasion experimental water tunnel, the upper surface of cavitation damage aerofoil had been observed with SEM. A lot of cavitation-pinholes appear on the surface of aerofoil, the pinholes develop into cavitation pits, micro-crackle appear in the cavitation pits, the same as among the cavitation pits, then lead development of cavitation pits and wiping of material.
