Trust law up-date

As the end of 2009 draws near, we instinctively contemplate the impact this tumultuous year has had on our lives and those others who are less fortunate. In many ways this has been an exceedingly difficult year that has posed major financial, social, vocational, family and health challenges that have strained our ability to cope and brought us to once again reflect on the true purpose of life.
