Near-Infrared Fluorescent Chemodosimeter for Real-Time in vivo Evaluating H2S-Releasing Efficiency of Prodrug

2020
Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) is a significant gasotransmitter. The deficient of H2S might contribute to some serious diseases. The development of H2S drugs has been taken great attention. There is a pressing need for effective method to evaluate H2S releasing efficiency, especially in vivo evaluation. In this study, a highly sensitive and selective near-infrared (NIR) fluorescent chemodosimeter (NRh-N3) was synthesized for detecting of H2S. Importantly, the NRh-N3 was shown to be capable of visually monitoring the H2S-releasing from prodrug in vitro and in vivo.
