Probe into the Innovation of Minor Enterprises

Minor enterprises play an important role in the development of regional economy,but at present,they face some prob- lems such as:products with low quality of technology ,shortage of the ability of innovation.We should take some effective meas- ures to help these enterprises to improve their level in innovation.
