Analysis of Patent Application on Bee Research in China

In order to acquire the situation of patent on bee research in China,the patent application situation was searched since 1985 by using"bee"as index word. The applications,the legal status of patent application,the region and type of applicant and so on were analyzed in the paper. The problems,the countermeasures and suggestions of patent work on bee research were discussed too. The paper will provide a positive reference for scientific and technological innovation and intellectual property protection on apiculture.
