Numerical Simulation of Pressure Reducing Valve Used for Blast Furnace Gas

A new practical blast furnace gas valve is studied,three-dimensional steady-state turbulence model is established.Numerical analysis by ANSYS CFX utility model of blast furnace gas valve internal flow field,velocity field and pressure field are created,provides a theoretical basis for structural optimization of the valve.
