Diversity Analysis of Grape Wine Evaluation and the Classification Method of Wine-making Grapes——Data Analysis of 2012 National College Mathematical Modeling Contest

According to the data in 2012 national college mathematical modeling contest,we choose Mann-whitne test to verify the evaluation results of grape wine scored by two judge groups.There was no significant difference in the evaluation results between the two groups.However,the evaluation results of Group two were more reliable by using coefficient of standard deviation analysis.Meanwhile,13 principal components,selected from grape wine quality indexes and wine-making grape physiochemical indexes by principal component analysis,were used for comprehensive scoring of wine-making grape to determine the quality grade of grape samples.
