The invention discloses an anti-track road surface structure and a paving method thereof. The anti-track road surface structure is characterized by comprising a semi-rigid base layer, a styrene butadiene styrene (SBS) emulsified asphalt bonding layer, a II latex cement mortar pouring type bituminous concrete lower surface layer, a I latex cement mortar pouring type bituminous concrete middle surface layer and a high-viscosity modified asphalt styrene maleic anhydride (SMA)-13 concrete surface layer, wherein the semi-rigid base layer, the SBS emulsified asphalt bonding layer, the II latex cement mortar pouring type bituminous concrete lower surface layer, the I latex cement mortar pouring type bituminous concrete middle surface layer and the high-viscosity modified asphalt SMA-13 concrete surface layer are sequentially arranged from bottom to top. Compared with the prior art, by the adoption of the anti-track road surface structure, the phenomenon that the middle surface layer and the lower surface layer of the semi-rigid base layer of the road surface have large contribution rate to tracks under the high-temperature and heavy-load condition is improved; meanwhile, crack resistance of the road surface structure is good, and the overall deformation cooperating capacity of the surface layers and the base layer is improved; and in addition, the construction curing period is short, traffic can be resumed rapidly, and the economical performance is excellent.
