Magazine for a compressed gas-operated firearm (40) comprising - a magazine housing (1) with a transport slide (3), wherein - is provided the transport slide (3) with recesses (11) for receiving shells (20), wherein - is the transport slide (3) slidable within the magazine housing (1) received, - the transport slide (3) is acted upon with a spring force, and - the magazine (16) is equipped with locking means that are adapted to the transport slide (3) is selectively set to predeterminable displacement positions against the spring force and release the transport slide (3) characterized, in that the locking means comprise at least latching elements which can be actuated by a pivoting movement of the transport slide (3).
