The present invention discloses a liquid phase oxidation of a radioactive contamination carbon material digestion object to provide a method in a liquid phase into gas and oxygen as a means of disposing of radioactive contamination carbon material. The method comprises the steps of: milling a mixture containing the substance with a carbon material of molybdenum oxide group, milling the mixture after the heat treatment, the liquid mixture after the oxidative heat treatment. First, by heat treatment of the present invention into the gap between the carbon atoms of molybdenum, thereby reducing the size of the carbon, to improve the chemical activity carbons; oxidizing agent and the gap in the liquid phase oxidation of the carbon gas, while the molybdenum-containing transition portion water-soluble molybdenum acid. Mild reaction conditions of this invention can play technique, low energy consumption, high operational safety and beneficial technical effect on the species recovered carbon material.
