Control method for controlled wind power plant of wide area wind power control system

The invention discloses a method for calculating the output controlled quantity and a wind power plant in a wind area wind power control system of a power system. The method comprises the steps of: calculating and evaluating control performance standard (CPS (Control Performance Standard) comprising CPS1 and CPS2) indexes controlled by interconnecting ties; judging whether the two indexes are qualified or not; if not, calculating the total controlled quantity of cutting off wind power plant output or recovering the wind power plant output in the whole network by the indexes; calculating and sequencing the regulating and controlling capacities of the wind power plants according to a weighting and scoring method; and calculating the numerical values for control by the wind power plants according to a predetermined current output percentage, combining the numerical value of the output controlled quantity of a whole power grid and sequencing results of the wind power plants, selecting the range of the wind power plants controlled at present, and issuing a control command to complete control operation. According to the invention, the precise control of the wind power plant is improved, and the demand for safe and stable operation of the power grid is satisfied.
