Study on Blade Server Database in Intelligent Emergency Support System

This paper presented the idea of blade-server general knowledge database model in applying object-oriented and realization principle oriented Intelligent Emergency Management Support System(IEMSS), which is combined with the general knowledge database based on GIS spatial decision-making support system as the core of crisis management and emergency rescues. IEMSS has caused the traditional spatial decision-making support system to suffer profound change, as it integrate the general knowledge database, the blade server base, the general knowledge base into GIS, and can realize GIS and the blade server base as well as the knowledge base to bond tightly, as well as enable the traditional spatial decision-making support system to have a characteristics of intelligence and scientificalness. Finally, the design of IEMSS database and the functions of its modules were discussed and a concrete case study of IEMSS was also described to show the practical use of the system in which the emergency disposal for expansion of hazardous chemicals has been greatly improved.
