Bovine theca and granulosa cell interactions modulate their growth, morphology, and function.

In this study we have developed an in vitro culture system in which bovine granulosa and theca cells were allowed to attach to opposite sides of a collagen membrane. We studied the interaction between these cells by investigating cellular morphology, proliferation, and steroidogenesis.
