Teaching practice of intensified training of nursing skill on students

Objective To study the effect of intensified training of nursing skill on the students.Methods The intensified training was planed in the preclinical term,before the term of internship,and 4 hours every week,took the form of teaching,self-practice,and self-evaluating among the students.Results Good results were achieved in three tests adminstered at the province level,and was appraised by doctors and students.Total of 87.9％ nurses could mobilized their studying initiative,84.8％ nurses could inspired their thinking and innovation,79.4％ teachers believed that the training could improve students' abilities of communication and humanistic care.Conclusions The training can improve students' reaction,attitude,sympathy and analytic abilities.
