WINRATIO: Stata module to calculate the unmatched Win Ratio for prioritised outcomes

The winratio command calculates the unmatched Win Ratio for prioritised outcomes as described by Pocock 2012 (Eur Heart J. 2012 Jan;33(2):176-82.). The winratio command can handle, binary, continuous, ordinal, time-to-event and repeat event outcomes.
