espanolLas creencias religiosas regulan conductas como la alimentacion, relaciones sociales, consumo de sustancias, etc. La psicologia debe estudiar el fenomeno psicologico existente que une la practica religiosa con la salud. Muchos estudios demuestran una relacion curvilinea entre creencias religiosas y salud. La presente tesis tiene como objetivo analizar si la posesion de una determinada creencia religiosa favorece el seguimiento de reglas que son beneficiosas para la salud. Se emplea un cuestionario sobre Salud y Religion-Espiritualidad (en modalidad online y en papel) que explora las creencias religiosas (o ausencia de ellas), asi como informacion sobre determinados habitos de salud y conductas de riesgo de los encuestados (consumo de tabaco, alcohol, drogas ilegales, ejercicio fisico y dieta). Del total de participantes se realizo una division entre religiosos y no religiosos (N = 170). De estos mismos, el 33,7 % son consumidores de tabaco, el 71,6 % consumen alcohol, un 17,8 % consumen drogas, el 62,7% realiza ejercicio y un 27,6% llevan a cabo una dieta. There are multiple studies that demonstrate a curved relationship between the two concepts mentioned above. The main objective of this present thesis is to analyze if anyone who believes in a particular religion can follow certain beneficial rules for a good health. A Health and Religion-Spirituality questionnaire (paper and online survey methods) explores religious beliefs (or the absence of those) as well as information on certain health habits and risky behaviors (tobacco consumption, alcohol, illegal drugs, doing exercise and make a diet). Among the whole of participants a division was made between religious and non-religious (N=170). The questionnaire rates that a 33,7 % of them were tobacco smokers, a 71,6 % of them were alcohol drinkers, a 17,8 % of them were drug abusers, a 62,7 % of them do exercise and finally, a 27,6 % of them make a diet plan.
