Informal study tour - on a bicycle

In Palo Alto, California, home of the famous Stanford University, I learnt that detection of bicycles by signal detectors was possible. Earlier experience in Christchurch had convinced me otherwise but I was pleased to learn that it was relatively simple, thanks to the pace of electronic developments.
