espanolEl presente trabajo tiene por objeto el analisis de la Orden Europea de Proteccion desde una perspec tiva de genero feminista con el objetivo de valorar la utilizacion y la eficacia de este instrumento de cooperacion penal internacional en relacion con las mujeres victimas de violencia de genero. Una vez detectados los obstaculos que pueden dificultar la implementacion de la orden europea de proteccion, se realizan una serie de propuestas para dotar de eficacia y vigencia a este instrumento en la Union Europea EnglishThe project addresses the analysis of the European Protection Order from a feminist gender perspective with the objective of assessing the use and the effectiveness of this legal instrument of international cooperation in crimina l matters related to women who are victims of gender violence.
