Automatic Measurement Method of Information Disclosure in Listed Enterprises' Annual Reports under the Idea of Digital Twins

In this paper, on the basis of the idea of digital twins, the non-financial information disclosed in the annual reports of listed enterprises was reproduced based on 142 features in 19 categories, including enterprise basic information, products, suppliers, joint venture and managerial personnel. As a result, the information disclosure vectors of listed enterprises all can be constructed on the basis of disclosure indicators, so that the degree of information disclosure of listed enterprises can be measured by calculating the differences between disclosure vectors. Compared with earlier study, the disclosure indicators selected in this method are more comprehensive, and it is more scientific and objective to measure enterprise information disclosure without artificial participation.
