High-heat-dissipation explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor

2015
The invention discloses a high-heat-dissipation explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor. A stator iron core is installed in a motor base. A rotor matched with the stator iron core is installed in the stator iron core. End rings are respectively fixed on two ends of the rotor. A plurality of rotor fan blades are arranged along the peripheral directions of the two end rings. The widths, along the peripheral direction, of the rotor fan blades are forwards or backwards gradually reduced. Rib plates are arranged in grooves formed in the outer periphery of the stator iron core, and the thickness of each rib plate is equal to the depth of each groove. The outer diameter of the stator iron core is equal to the diameter of a cylindrical cavity of the motor base. The high-heat-dissipation explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor solves the problems that a V-shaped ring on a bearing of an original motor is poor in protection capability, wet dust can easily enter the inner part of the motor through a contact surface between the V-shaped ring and the bearing, and after a long time, lubricating grease loses effectiveness and an explosion-proof surface is damaged.
