KLASIFIKASI CITRA WARNA KULIT MENGGUNAKAN METODE HUE SATURATION VALUE UNTUK SURAT KETERANGAN CATATAN KEPOLISIAN

Human skin can be used as a source of relevant information that is useful for the detection process. Identification of parts of the human face is also included as a signal element that becomes the identity of the community used in police institutions. This study classifies skin color using 100 digital images of human faces as test input images. Human skin color is classified according to the classification used by the police. There are 5 classes of skin color used in the police, namely brown, black, white, yellow and albino. This study uses the Hue Saturation Value (HSV) method to classify human skin color types with an input image of 500 x 500 pixels. The results of digital image processing research using this method have an accuracy rate of 81%. Accuracy of success is influenced by lighting effects which cause the image to be studied to have calculation results outside the range.
