Relationship between the clinical manifestation of AIDS patients infected with mycobacterium tuberculosis and T lymphocytes

[Objective] To evaluate the diversity of the T lymphocytes counts in acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS) patients infected with mycobacterium tuberculosis which the clinical manifestation were tuberculosis.[Methods] T lymphocytes counts from 33 AIDS patients infected with mycobacterium tuberculosis which the clinical manifestation were tuberculosis and crewels were evaluated and compared.[Results] The CD~+_3,CD~+_8,CD~+_4T lymphocytes counts in patients which the clinical manifestation were tuberculosis were obviously higher than those in patients which the clinical manifestation were crewels(P0.01).[Conclusion] The clinical manifestation of AIDS patients infected with mycobacterium tuberculosis is obviously associated with the counts of T lymphocytes.
