Abstract Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) is a complex congenital cardiac defect. Surgical correction is well established as the treatment of choice and has resulted in a rapidly growing group of adults living with TOF. We describe potential complications of patients who have undergone TOF repair and were lost to follow-up. (Level of Difficulty: Intermediate.)
