Comparison of anterior approach versus posterior approach for the treatment of multilevel cervical spondylotic myelopathy

Purpose The purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical outcomes, complications, and surgical trauma between anterior and posterior approaches for the treatment of multilevel cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM).
