Efficacy of Computer-aided Detection as a Second Reader for 6–9-mm Lesions at CT Colonography: Multicenter Prospective Trial

In this multicenter trial we have shown that computer-aided detection improves the sensitivity of CT colonography in patients with 6–9-mm lesions without reducing specificity and while adding less than 2 minutes to the reading time.
