Nnursing for 58 Cases of Placenta Previa Vaginal Bleeding During Pregnancy

Objective To summarize the experience of nursing for placenta previa vaginal bleeding patients during pregnancy.Methods Fifty-eight cases of placenta previa vaginal bleeding hospitalized patients from December 2010 to February 2012 were selected as research subjects and received anticipation therapy.During the therapy,environmental nursing,close monitoring,pharmaceutical nursing and nighttime nursing were strengthened to improve patients' physical and psychological comfort.Results Seven cases had persistent bleeding during hospitalization,and they were treated with instant fibrin glue closure; two cases had ineffective central placenta previa and were treated with early termination of pregnancy; parturition went well in the remaining patients,with both mother and infant being healthy.Conclusions On the basis of close monitoring and drug treatment,improving patients' physical and psychological comfort,improving patients' emotions,and giving focused monitoring and nursing according to the types and features of bleeding are important for patients with placenta previa vaginal bleeding during hospitalization.
