utilization was estimated using expert opinions. Unit costs for healthcare resources were taken from published healthcare providers’ pricelists. Pharmaceutical drug costs were based on published pharmacy pricelists. Cost outcomes were measured in 2011 Swedish crowns (SEK) and clinical outcomes in quality adjusted life years (QALYs). Both costs and outcomes were discounted at 3% per year. Results: Figures 1 and 2 summarize the results.
