Measurement of a novel UHF RFID based battery-less vibration frequency sensing tag

This paper presents an UHF RFID-based vibration sensing tag using tilt/vibration switches, as well as a proposed new measurement metric for a vibration frequency sensing tag (the number of readings per second is employed). The effectiveness of the proposed measurement metric was confirmed by experimental results because the metric is approximately proportional to vibration frequencies.
