Traumatic tension pneumocephalus: A series of 4 cases managed in Zaria

Tension pneumocephalus is the accumulation of air in the intracranial cavity with attendant neurological changes. Though a neurosurgical emergency, it could present in a delayed form requiring a high index of suspicion.
