Linking Knowledge Oriented Leadership and Innovation towards Organizational Performance

The need for organizational performance to be aligned is well established in the literature in different context. Consequently, the need for improved leadership has directed massive attention towards employee performance planning, performance management and performance evaluation. Knowledge oriented leadership (KOL) is one of the most significant and basic leadership methodology in the organization and information is required for every single qualities, attributes and styles of administration. The study investigated the direct and indirect relationship among Knowledge oriented leadership and organizational performance through employee innovative behavior within the public sector. A valid 441 questionnaires were gathered from employees and analyzed by using SPSS and Smart-PLS3 software.  The finding revealed that, all study hypotheses are supported. Additionally, theoretical and managerial implications were discussed.
