The stack (10) also comprises a two-phase thermal diffuser (24) comprising a condensation zone and an evaporation zone, the evaporation zone being disposed between the bipolar plates (14) of two elementary cells (12) adjacent. The two-phase thermal diffuser (24) further comprises a heating element disposed in the condensation zone. The invention also relates to a system comprising the fuel cell and a controller and a method of thermal regulation of the fuel cell.
