Early Stage Pregnancy During Radiation Therapy to the Breast.

Abstract We describe a model case of unplanned pregnancy during radiation therapy to the chest wall and peripheral lymphatics for breast cancer. We use the Morbidity and Mortality Conference format to demonstrate how radiation oncology departments should evaluate and manage this situation.
