Case 5. Parakeratosis variegata in a patient with CD8+ mycosis fungoides with post-inflammatory hypopigmentation

Parakeratosis variegata (in old books, “parapsoriasis variegate”) represents a unique type of poikilodermatous MF where the lichenoid infiltrate contributes to mottled discoloration of the skin. In this book, we present three similar cases. Interestingly, both of those cases had CD8+ phenotype of MF.
