乳酸杆菌对ApoE(上标 -/-)小鼠动脉粥样斑块形成抑制作用

Objective To explore the effect of Lctobacillus casei on atherosclerotic plaque formation in apoE-deficient mice and its mechanism in anti-atherogenelsis. Methods After 16 weeks intervention with Lctobacillus casei, atherosclerotic plaque area in aortic sinus was assessed with image analysis. Results The plaque area in aortic sinus in mice fed with Lctobacillus casei diet was less than that of positive group. Conclusion The result suggests that Lctobacillus casei has the capacity of inhibiting atherosclerotic plaque formation and progression in apoE-deficient mice.
