Research Progress on Tumor Markers of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

HCC is not only one of the malignant tumors which have the highest incidence,but also is the main cause leading death of cancer in China.Early diagnosis of HCC can significantly improve the patient-survival rate.For a long time,tumor markers for detection of HCC diagnosis has been one of the most effective methods,especially to detect the level of AFP is widely used in the world,however its diagnostic sensitivity and specificity are flawed.Finding specific markers for HCC has been a hot research.This paper summarizes a variety of related molecules which are commonly used in HCC clinical diagnosis.The discovery of new molecules is expected as an effective supplement to AFP,and thereby improves the rate of HCC diagnosis.
