Aortic dissection with aortopulmonary artery fistula

A case of aortic dissection complicated by aortopulmonary artery fistula is reported. Aggressive diagnostic and surgical management was associated with a favorable, longterm outcome. © 1993 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
