The Experimental Study on Factors Influencing Porous Order of Aluminosilicate Mesoporous Molecular Sieves

2007
Aluminosilicate mesoporous molecular sieves are synthesized with natural ore and microcline as main raw materials, and the precursors of 13X zeolite as crystal source,by integrating the synthetic procedures of mesoporous MCM-41 and microporous 13X zeolite.Three main factors, the amount of surfactant(the molar ratios of CTAB:SiO2 equaling to 0.10,0.15,0.20 and 0.25 respectively),the stirring time(0.5h and 1.0h) of mother liquid, and crystallization time(2 day,4 day,6 day and 8 day),are studied for their influences on porous order of mesoporous aluminosilicates.XRD and FT-IR spectrometers are used to investigate these materials. Results show that aluminosilicate mesoporous molecular sieves can be synthesized from natural ore and microcline;and their pore walls contain the building units of 13X zeolite. The study on porous order of samples show that the more molar ratio of CTAB:SiO2 is,the better porous order is.The samples synthesized at 1h stirring time possess better porous order than thoes synthesized at 0.5h stirring time. The samples synthesized at 4d crystallization time have better porous order in all directions than thoes synthesized at 2d crystallization time. But with the crystallization time being prolonged to 6d and 8d,the intensity of(100) diffraction peak in XRD patterns gets decreased, which means the short range in(100) direction is weakened at too long crystallization time.
