Studies on Fermentation Conditions of Highly-Effective Strain E652 in Phosphorus-Dissolving

The fermentation conditions of a highly effective mutant strain in phosphorus-dissolving,E652,were studied in this paper.The results indicated that the optimal carbon source of this strain was 1% sucrose;while the optimal nitrogen was 2%(NH4)2SO4.The optimal cultivation temperature and pH value were 34℃ and 7.0 respectively.And the most suitable volume of cultivated liquid in 250 mL conic bottle was 40 mL.
