Presentamos un caso de gastritis enfisematosa y sus hallazgos por imagen, resaltando la importancia de reconocerlos para realizar un diagnostico diferencial adecuado y asi aplicar el tratamiento mas conveniente. EnglishEmphyseous gastritis is a rare and severe cause of acute abdominal pain. It is caused by the invasion of the gastric wall by germs producing air. We present a case of emphysematous gastritis and its findings by imaging, highlighting the importance of recognizing them to make an adequate differential diagnosis and thus to apply the most convenient treatment.
