Meniscal allograft transplantation improves clinical outcomes for patients with a symptomatic meniscal deficient knee. This chapter describes an established arthroscopic technique for meniscal allograft transplantation using bone plugs as fixation. Some details of the preoperative study and the rehabilitation are also described.
