Thoracic motor paralysis secondary to zoster sine herpete

POSTHERPETIC neuralgia rarely presents as a motor deffcit. Even more unusual is its presentation without a history of the typical rash in the distribution of the pain (zoster sine herpete). We present what we believe to be an extremely rase case of zoster sine herpete with significant motor involvement.
