Application of liquid biopsy in lung cancer

Lung cancer is one of the malignant tumors with the highest morbidity and mortality in China.It is particularly important for patients to improve the 5-year survival rate that early diagnosis and monitoring of recurrence and metastasis.Liquid biopsy technique is more sensitive and accurate than serum tumor biomarkers on early screening, diagnosis, assessment and monitoring.Compared with histopathology biopsy, it has many advantages such as noninvasion, repeatability, etc.This paper mainly discusses the research content of liquid biopsy technique and the application value of liquid biopsy technology in the field of lung cancer, to make it serve the clinic better and make the more accurate treatment of lung cancer.
