Infection urinaire à Trichosporon inkin

Summary We report a case with urinary fungal due to Trichosporon inkin was diagnosed in a 49 years old man. The diagnosis was assessed by the presence of Tr. inkin in the urinary marked improvement occured after 6 months treatment with fluconazole.
