Sensitivity Analysis of Cost Elements in Rail Transit System Using EO-FNN

In this paper, a new sensitivity analysis model of cost elements in rail transit system using expert opinion and fuzzy neural network (EO-FNN) is proposed. This model is suitable for analyzing the life cycle cost while considering the safety, performance and environment of the rail transit system. Firstly, the cost structure and mathematical model of the rail transit system are introduced. Secondly, a sensitivity analysis model using EO-FNN is established. Finally, we use this model to analyze the sensitivities of cost elements in the first 3 phases of the rail transit system as an example. The results show that vehicle cost, depot and parking area cost and electromechanical device cost have great influence on the safety, performance and environment of the rail transit system in the first 3 phases.
