The current situation of nursing staffs ' qualification and training in long- term care facilities in China and abroad: A review

The article summarized nursing staffs' qualification and training status in long-term care facilities in China and abroad. By comparing between China and abroad,the article put forward feasible suggestions for the qualification and training of nursing staffs in China,which included building thorough education system,all nursing staff employed with certificates and continuing education system in favor of nursing staffs' career development.
