The highly conserved domain of unknown function 1792 has a distinct glycosyltransferase fold

Two glycosyltransferase folds have been reported, GT-A and GT-B. Here, Zhang et al. report a 1.34 A resolution structure of a domain of unknown function that adopts a new glycosylation fold, and show that the protein functions as a glycosyltransferase.
