Effect of supplementing roasted soybean on the performance of dairy cows at early lactating period

Twenty early lactating period of Holstein cows were divided into two groups(n=10),of which,group Ⅰ was supplied with roasted soybean 0.7 kg·d-1 and group Ⅱ was supplied with roasted soybean 1.2 kg·d-1.The results indicated that the body weight and body condition scoring of cows in group Ⅰ could be increased;the peak time of the milk production of cows in group Ⅱ could emerge early and the reduction of the milk yield could be alleviated after the peak;compared with the treatment in group Ⅰ,goup Ⅱ could alleviate the reduction of the percentage of solids-not-fat and milk lactose and increase the percentage of milk protein.
