STUDY THE MECHANICAL PROPERTIES IN RUBBER OF ROUND BEARING USED IN CAR

The mechanical properties of rubber of round bearing were study.Numerical simulation was done by Abaqus of non-linear finite element ana lysis software.The result is that the site of the fracture of rubber bearing bars was showed by result of simulation.And whether forward or reverse loading th at the stress reaches the largest at this site and there is a centralization bel t.Furthermore,if there is a little angel between load and link,the belt shoul d bias to the part of the load points.It should lead to have a part of component damage firstly.
