3-D GRAPHICAL REPRESENTATION OF N.P.S. PROTECTION SYSTEM WITH PHASE ANGLE VARIATION

This paper has attempted to sketch the Negative Phase Sequence Protection System in terms of three dimensional graphical representation through computer modelling. The study is based on an analytical approach carried out in the light of previous work which is related with the unbalanced loading caused by the variation in magnitude of three line currents only. The present work however deals with unbalanced loading caused by the variation in phase angles only keeping their respective magnitudes constant.
